Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the Med Perspectives website ("the site", "I", "me") handles information. The site is run by TJ Brady. It is a simple static website: it has no user accounts, no comment forms and no advertising trackers of its own.

Information I collect

The site itself does not ask for or store your name, email address or other personal information. The hosting provider may automatically keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and performance.

Email list (Gumroad)

If you join the email list or buy a product, you do that on Gumroad, which collects and processes your email and payment details under Gumroad's privacy policy. If you subscribe, I can see your email address in Gumroad and may email you about new resources. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Embedded YouTube videos

Videos are shown as a preview image. YouTube's player only loads after you click play, and it uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced (youtube-nocookie.com) mode. Once you play a video, YouTube/Google may collect information under Google's privacy policy. Preview images are loaded from YouTube's image servers.

Amazon affiliate links

Med Perspectives is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. When you click an Amazon link, Amazon may set cookies to attribute qualifying purchases. Amazon's handling of your data is covered by Amazon's Privacy Notice.

Other links

The site links to YouTube, Pinterest, Gumroad and Amazon. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and I'm not responsible for them.

Cookies

The site itself does not set cookies. Third-party services described above may set their own cookies when you interact with them.

Children

The site is intended for adults and nursing students. It is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

I may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
